Vietnam and the 1960s Webquest

Introduction: This unit was created to help
students better understand the Vietnam War and the historical context of the war. The students will investigate: the causes
of the war; the political climate of the Vietnam period; the culture of the 1960s; books, movies and other literature of the
Vietnam period and about the Vietnam War the geography and culture of Vietnam (then and now); the war itself through an analysis
of the major battles, weapons and armaments, and terminology associated with the war; soldier profiles and demographic information
about those who fought in the war.
